Refund and Returns

Subscriptions
Subscriptions cancelled after one shipment are void are charged the difference between the subscription and regular price to the card on file. Void in California.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason for any orders or products sold on activadrink.com

Refunds (if applicable)
NowGrocers Company is not responsible for boxes that are left in apartment building mail rooms, stolen packages, or packages that are otherwise not received after delivery.  NowGrocers Company carries no responsibility for packages after they are delivered by the carrier.  
We make every effort to communicate tracking and delivery information to you throughout the order and shipping process.  If you have encountered an issue, please contact us. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
